It's like a chat channel, I can get it set up really quickly and is very easy to run!

Actually, it is very useful, as it provides a chat basis for people that cannot get on Habbo. Also, it has no relation to a forum (however could be very easily integrated into it), and would be a great opportunity!

Forum's are made to chat and is used for people that cannot get onto Habbo Hotel anyway..
